Aromatic and Rich Taje


2 lbs potatoes, peeled and sliced ​​into rounds
1 lbs onions, peeled and sliced into rounds
6 lbs of sea bass or other lean white fish
1 bay leaf
1 cup of olive oil
Black pepper


Taje Sauce

1 cup tahini
⅓ cup lemon juice
⅓ cup of water
4 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Arrange the potatoes, onions, fish and bay leaf on a wide greased pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3. Cook uncovered for 40 minutes.

4. Combine the Taje Sauce ingredients in a small mixing bowl.

5. Remove the fish and vegetables from the oven and drizzle on the sauce.

6. Put it back in the oven and cook for another 10 minutes.

7. Take it out of the oven. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
